PRIVATE HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TO ENSURE THAT ALL ACCOMPAYING PASSANGERS ARE FULLY AWARE. UNDERSTAND THERE IMPLICATIONS & COMPLY WITH THEM FULLY. BY BOOKING WITH US. YOU HAVE ALREADY ENTERED INTO A LEGALLY BINDING VERBAL CONTRACT.

YOU MUST SEND THE SIGNED CONTRACT BACK OR THE HIRE CCONTRACT WILL BE VOID AND WILL BE CANCELLED.

1) On booking the hire vehicle, a minmium of £125.00 will be payable, the balance will be payable no later than 2 weeks prior the date of the hire date. The deposit is non refundable and will be forteited in the event of cancellation by the hirer. If the hirer cancelsor postpones the agreed hire date within 14 working days of the aforesold hire date. (except for weddings which are to be paid\in full 28 days before the event. ) the entire agreed sum will be payable. Any cancellations must automatically deducted from any deposit paid and is non refundable.

2) Bookings made within 2 weeks of the date of the hire require full payment at the time of the booking; unless otherwise agreed by alfalimos. All outstanding accounts MUST BE SETTLED BEFORE transport begins. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH ON THE DAY OF HIRE, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CHEQUE OR CARD ON THE DAY OF HIRE.
